unwanted extension problem

hello  guys ,

     in this post  i share with you how to    prevent an unwanted extension

    extension.
                          

      I finally figured it out!

I ticked the 'developer mode' box at the top of the extensions 

page.

This showed an ID number under the name of the extension, 

and showed 'Loaded from: C:\ProgramData\

lbkkmcbnegnpogbhjnpmnpiklmkoeblj\

so I just went and deleted that program folder! I found a few 

other dodgy looking folders in my program files too, while 

I was there

Upon restarting chrome, the extension is gone!

I hope this works for anyone else having the same problem 

who might end up on here :)
